Christmas Parties 2011

The girls had several fun Christmas activities this year. With Lucy going to 2 different schools she got to have double the fun!!

Up first was Emily's Christmas Dance Recital. It was a small little holiday dance number that they did just for fun. I thought she looked so cute in here fuzzy socks!

School #1, program for Lucy. I can't remember if she was a spotted puppy dog or cow...either way she was super cute!

This was also Emily's school play. Her kindergarten class played leading roles. She was a donkey...she was not happy about that, but she looked so cute! For some reason all of my pictures turned out really dark.

School #2, program for Lucy. At this one they sang a few songs and then had a little party back in the classroom. She seems really at ease up on the stage. No tears from her!! (this was the period of time where she had a really silly smile)

A few pictures of the kids having fun in the front yard.

Family Pictures 2011

My goal is to get this blog updated before Thanksgiving. I really miss having this to keep up with all the fun from day to day.

We had some super cute family pictures done last year. We did them twice. Once in the early part of 2011 and the others at the end of the year. These are just a few of my favorites.

We are getting our 2012 pictures taken this week. Can't wait to get some updated photos!

Football and Thanksgiving

Cooper had a great year playing for the Super Heroes. You could really see a change in all the players from last year to this year. Cooper threw a lot of great passes and scored some touchdowns too! And the best part was having Daddy as his coach again this year.

The end of the season party was at Jump-N-Land. They had lots of big inflatables for the kids to jump and slide on. Everyone had a great time. Of course, all the kids loved getting their trophy!

One of the Mom's was really crafty and she made the cutest "Super Hero" cupcakes!

Up next for us was Thanksgiving. We went to Fort Smith first to have a super yummy meal with MawMaw and Uncle Matt.

We went to a local park to help get some of the kids energy out!

We left first thing Friday morning to go to Little Rock to watch the Razorbacks vs. LSU with our old neighbors. LSU won, but it was still fun to get to visit with old friends.

From there we went to Searcy to visit with Meme. Poor Meme fell right before Thanksgiving and was in the hospital with a broken arm and getting a pace maker. Meme was in great spirits and you could tell it made her so happy to see the kids.

Halloween and Teeth

Halloween is so much fun here in our little neighborhood! Everyone goes all out on decorating and making sure the kids have plenty of treats! Emily and Lucy both had parties at school to celebrate too!

How cute is Lucy in this little pumpkin outfit?! Love it!

At Lucy's first school party she was Dora! So cute! (with her friend Luke the shark)

At the second party she was a bunny rabbit! She loved the ears.

Emily was the cutest little witch! Loved this outfit!

Then on Halloween Lucy was Superman. All 3 kids have worn this outfit for Halloween!

Emily decided to not wear her cute witch outfit...she wanted to be Iron Girl

And Cooper was super excited to be the guy from Scream...he had a special button he could push and blood would run down his face. Scary!!

The kids waiting to go inside and check out all their candy!

They wanted to eat it all right away....

A few days later, Cooper FINALLY lost his front top tooth! It had been very loose for a long time. We were so proud of him that he pulled it out all by himself!

And just for fun....here are all of my sweet babies wearing the Superman outfit. Cooper was 3 years old

Emily was a little over 2 years old

Lucy was 2 years old

I don't think Cooper and Lucy could look more alike!!

Family Pictures

We had some family pictures taken back in November. I love getting pictures made, but I have had a hard time finding a good photographer here in the McKinney area. The girl who took these pictures (Ms. Jenna) is Emily's teacher from PreK 4 last year. She did a good job! Cooper was 7, Emily 5, and Lucy 2.
